We seem to have many problems as Christians. We leave so much out of God’s hands and then worry and get frustrated. All because we have left God out of so many things in our lives. Look in our text this morning and see what God has for us.

Psalm 127:1-2 King James Bible (AMP)

1Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: Except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. 2It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, To eat the bread of sorrows: For so he giveth his beloved sleep.

We have seen two different examples in how to look at our life in the last two sermons. In the first example, the person knows what to do and does nothing to change it. In the second example, the person rejoices in what God can do and looks to Him to fulfill it. And that is Joy Unspeakable.

Philippians 1:3-6 King James Bible (AMP)

3I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, 4Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy, 5For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now; 6Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Psalm 13:1-6 King James Bible (AMP)

1A Psalm of David. HOW LONG will You forget me, O Lord? Forever? How long will You hide Your face from me? 2How long must I lay up cares within me and have sorrow in my heart day after day? How long shall my enemy exalt himself over me? 3Consider and answer me, O Lord my God; lighten the eyes [of my faith to behold Your face in the pitch like darkness], lest I sleep the sleep of death, 4Lest my enemy say, I have prevailed over him, and those that trouble me rejoice when I am shaken. 5But I have trusted, leaned on, and been confident in Your mercy and loving-kindness; my heart shall rejoice and be in high spirits in Your salvation. 6I will sing to the Lord, because He has dealt bountifully with me.

Psalm 23:1-6 King James Bible (KJV)

1The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters. 3He restoreth my
soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. 4Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. 6Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: And I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

Philippians 4:4-7 King James Bible (KJV)

4Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. 5Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. 6Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

What changed the disciple’s from cowards to roaring lions of faith? What happened to Saul who became Paul can happen to us as it did to all Christ’s disciple’s.

Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

19And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me. 20Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.
